Show and Tell (Part 2)
|
| |
Grab your collections and join us for a Cub Scout version of
Show and Tell! This is a continuation of the second half of
Achievement 5, where each boy starts a collection of at
least ten objects, then displays them and shares them
with the rest of the den. If you are participating in Operation
Christmas Child (the shoebox project), bring in your box to
turn in to the Den Leaders. |

Game Lab (Part 1)
|
| |
Combine a few brightly colored bean bags, tin cans,
washers, a few odd items, eleven cub scouts, and a
big imagination. What do you get? Part one of our Wolf
Den Game Lab for Achievement 10. The den will break
up into small groups and come up with a few creative games
to play with our humble stash of inexpensive equipment.
But before things get wild and crazy, the tin cans are due
for a bright coat of paint! All supplies are provided. The only
thing missing is you and your creativity! |

Game Lab (Part 2) |
| |
The den will begin to buzz with activity as the teams
continue to create games to play with a small collection of
simple items during the second half of our Game Lab!
After designing their own activities, complete with rules and
guidelines, the teams will share their findings with the den.
All the creations will then be combined into a den game booklet
for each Scout to share with their friends and family. Back at
home, share a book or a special television program with your
entire family and you've wrapped up Achievement 10! |

Stocking Stuffers |
| |
We've adopted a family again this year as one of our
Wolf Den service projects. Bring in an item or two to be
stuffed into the Christmas Stockings for our family!
Last year we combined chocolates, candies, small toys and
a few necessities (gloves, toothbrushes, etc.) to create our gifts.
More details will be provided as this special activity approaches. |
